History is repeating itself in downtown Philipsburg

where Tony Marchi and his wife Ruth Ann have turned back the clock at the old M.E. Doe Building. Originally opened as Philipsburg’s first drugstore and soda fountain in 1887, the Marchis bought the historic building in 2005 and opened their soda fountain on Memorial Day in 2006.
